Happy holidays from eMHPrac!
As the year draws to a close it is a great time for reflection. Our focus remained on guiding health professionals through the digital mental health landscape and supporting their integration into everyday practice. This year, eMHPrac has achieved some noteworthy milestones:
- Participated in 23 conferences, reaching over 9,700 delegates
- Delivered 153 training presentations, webinars, workshops and modules to 12,064 health practitioners and SEWB workers.
- Released 8 podcast episodes featuring 7 expert guests with over 680 listens.
- Released a new edition of the eMHPrac Health Practitioners Guide to Digital Mental Health Services and Resources.
- Updated our 3 popular digital mental health brochures and released 4 new resources including a research evidence factsheet.
- Distributed over 15,100 hard copy resources and 15,090 downloads.
- Developed 5 new resource sheets for the WellMob website and updated all existing resource sheets.

eMHPrac’s New Brochures
We’re excited to announce the release of three new brochures designed to support your work with a broader range of clients and patients:
- Digital Mental Health Resources for Alcohol and Other Drug Use and Addictive Behaviours
- Digital Mental Health Resources for New and Expecting Parents
- Digital Mental Health Resources for Children (up to 11yrs) and their Parents and Caregivers
Our fresh brochure format highlights the different roles a digital service might play in recovery, any relevant cost, and details where clients or patients can access further help.
We have also updated your favourite Managing Mental Health Online with new services.
Launch of the New Stay Strong Website
We are excited to announce the launch of the new Stay Strong website, designed to meet the diverse needs of First Nations People and non-Indigenous workers to guide wellbeing yarning and build relationships. This platform, created through a collaborative codesign process, reflects community voices and needs.
The website offers tailored user journeys for ‘Mob’, ‘Young Mob’, and ‘Workers’. Each pathway provides relevant and accessible Menzies Stay Strong resources, offering mental health and wellbeing support:
- ‘Mob’: Cultural content, community stories, and support services.
- ‘Young Mob’: Educational videos, wellbeing tips, and youth resources.
- ‘Workers’: Professional development materials, research papers, and community support tools.

New WellMob Resource Sheets for Health Practitioners
A short cut to the best Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander mental health & wellbeing resources
We’re excited to share WellMob website’s updated Resource Sheets for Workers, a shortcut to the best social and emotional wellbeing resources for First Nations people.
The updated sheets feature new online resources added to the WellMob website over 2024. Curated for practitioners working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients, these sheets cover over 17 common wellbeing topics like sleep, anxiety, cultural identity, suicide prevention and many more. Each sheet highlights best practice and evidence-informed resources to share with your First Nations clients in-session and for their use between consults.
